I-35, I-10 and 1604 are easy to get on from this location and therefore easy to get to work or school. At times traffic may be busy but normally it doesn’t stop completely and continues to flow. "

    "Since, we are in October I can tell you that every year I have gone out with the kids and we have met more of our neighbors who live further. There is a Neigbor who has great festivities each year and we stop by his house eat hot dogs and drink hot chocolate. "

    "I’ve lived in this neighborhood for most of 36 years. My mother has lived here all of 36 years. The cul-de-sac we live on is very nice. We know all the neighbors and we watch out for one another. Both neighbors on each side of our house have our numbers and we text if we see something that we don’t know about. "
