    "Downtown Rockwall is so pretty and provides a community aspect like no other town in the area! Everyone is friendly and is a small town feel while also a beach feel due to the water. It’s the best of both worlds!"

    "The town really gets behind everyone - true community. There is a lot of pride in the town and every individual home. Great location close enough yet far enough from the city. A true water and boating town too...beautiful!"

    "Awesome community where everyone rallies around each other and celebrates successes. Feel very safe, community events in Downtown or by the water...if you grew up on the east coast or west coast, this will be the only area that feels like home in the DFW area!"

    "People always walking or jogging with their dogs. They take care of them/clean up after them and are very friendly - both the humans and dogs!"

    "We moved to this area in May of 2014. So far we are delighted, and so are our dogs! We walk daily, tons of tree areas and park with dog fountain, love the restaurants that are 2 minutes away, and George Bush and 30 easy access take you anywhere you need to go. Love it here, best thing we've done since moving to the Dallas area in 2009."
