    "There are many families in the area. There’s an elementary and middle school side by side. And a park just next to the schools. It’s a very quiet neighborhood and the neighbors all are friendly. There’s plenty of shady areas to walk and enjoy the neighborhood. Plus, it’s very pet friendly. I highly recommend this area for anyone."

    "Used to live there. There is a mixture of high-end homes with tract-homes. Nice parks. Older people who tend keep to themselves. Not community friendly; it used to be when the neighborhood was new and many families with kids lived there. Now it is quite different. Lot of rental homes. There are other areas in Plano which are better."
