"Not very many homeowners in this area anymore. Mostly rental units. Still a nice place to live. Pet friendly and lots of extra parking for guests. "

"I’ve lived in the neighborhood for 11 years. Mostly renters. It’s still a cool place and I love my little townhouse. The HOA is very friendly and the take good care of the yards and the common grounds. "
