    "Lovely older neighborhood making a comeback. Speed humps do not seem to slow down the traffic. We have a private HOA that meets every month to discuss everything. "

    "This has been the most convenient place for working and access to work, shop and restaurants of anywhere I have lived. Only 10 minutes to downtown FW. Love having all the landscaping and maintenance to the other amneities taken care of- low HOA fee. Quiet, private great neighbors."

    "I rent in this area although most in the area own their homes. The area is well kept and quiet. The area is safe and most of the neighbors are friendly. It is right by I30 and 820. This is not an area for shopping and nightlife, it is a quiet, peaceful area. "
