    "I work a half hour away, but access to the freeway is very close by. Traffic is not bad most days at specific times. Easy and quick to get home once off of the freeway. "

    "Good sidewalks help in dog walking but one drawback is the number of feral cats. They are every where. On occasion there are loose dogs as well which makes for an interesting walk. "

    "this is near or is in the manhattan heights historic district, a neighborhood of older homes, many quite beautiful. It has a large park as its anchor, with a nearby library, elementary school, tennis courts and indoor pool. some of the homes are not well kept, but many are exceptional."
