"Very child friendly neighborhood. I feel safe allowing my kids to ride bikes, run and play unsupervised. Beautiful established neighborhood. Tree lined roads, shady, great for running and walking leisurely. "

"I have lived in the neighborhood for a long time. We have a very active community. Fourth of July Parade, busiest street in the city for Halloween. Christmas parties and great schools within walking distance. Great, great area."

"If only DISD could be replaced or make a 180 along with less crime, I would say this area is great. I cannot send my kids to the schools (Private $chools!) and we hear about a neighbor getting burglarized nearly ever week. Otherwise, nicely kept homes, lots of trees and big lots. The shopping could be better as well."
