    "We have lived here for 16 months and we have wonderful neighbors. I do know the majority of the homes are inhabited by seniors, I have only seen a couple homes with children. We love the quiet. I would love sidewalks "

    "It’s established and feels very safe and quiet. It’s the kind of neighborhood you see people out walking and jogging in frequently—people speak to each other and yards are well-kept. "

    "I’ve lived here for a short while, so we haven’t made friends with neighbors yet. People wave and are friendly. We love the quiet and the cul-de-sac living. Safe for kids to play in the street, which I see often. "

    "It's short-ish. One of the closest places you can live to the base but the commute can still be 30 minutes because the gate gets backed up that bad."
