"I have a few clients that have purchased in this neighborhood. They have lived there for several years and have told me it's a great place to live. They have said they feel safe and like the location with proximity to amenities, eateries, etc. It's a short drive to downtown Nashville or to shopping in Cool Springs. The neighborhood has a great community pool with clubhouse and playground. The professionally managed HOA keeps the neighborhood looking good. The builder just finished building out the last few lots in 2013. I like the underground utilities and sidewalks. Almost all of the homes are 4 sides brick built by Drees Homes. The floor plans Drees picked for this community are terrific. "
