The staff is caring and takes the time to get to know every student and address every parents concerns. I love this school and the amazing staff and wonderful teachers

Nothing terrible to say about this school besides the main office. TAMMY comes off extremely rude with a negative energy in person and over the phone. She just seems miserable everyday. Replace the unhappy with loving people. Can you imagine how the children feel around her!?

The admin at this school is horrible. You’ve got an assistant principal who walks around with her eyes rolled back in her head at pretty much anything someone says. She is very unprofessional with staff and acts as if she’s got a chip on her shoulder. And the principal just sits back and allows it, because she honestly isn’t much better. These two women are talked about badly by the majority of teachers I’ve talked to. They definitely do not care about the students either.

Tate’s School has been an incredible fit for our family. The teachers are deeply invested in each student and do an outstanding job balancing academic excellence with personal attention and care. They take the time to understand each child as an individual, helping them grow academically, socially, and emotionally while fostering confidence and character. Academically, Tate’s challenges students to think critically, solve problems, and develop a genuine love of learning. We especially appreciate the balance the school provides through outdoor learning opportunities, plenty of time outside, and enriching specials such as art, music, PE, computer, and Spanish. What makes Tate’s truly exceptional is its culture. There is a genuine sense of partnership between the school and families, and the teachers, staff, administration, and Tate family consistently go above and beyond to support their students. Our family has always felt known, valued, and cared for. The combination of strong academics, meaningful relationships, and a unique learning environment creates a one-of-a-kind educational experience that is difficult to find elsewhere.

Since my daughter, and now son, started going here a few years ago, I've been beyond pleased with this school. Their teachers are very communitive with anything pertaining to my kids. If the class struggles over a lesson, instead of just pushing the kids through to get onto the next lesson, they adjust the lesson plan to make sure the kids have a chance to understand the concept being taught. My kids principal has done an job at learning all the kids names, even to the point of learning the new incoming students (like my daughter who will be attending next year). The school does a great job at getting the parent involved and answering any questions they may have. When our family has gone through some unfortunate events, they were very understanding and considerate to my children who were more on edge that week. My husband and I couldn't ask for a better school for our children to attend.

Bullyng an extreme issue here. Administration sweeps students' mental health under the rug. Education not worth the cost - both the financial cost and the cost to my health.

Coach Brooke placed my granddaughter in a really uncompromising position. How could she be the only Jr that did not make the varsity team when there was no limits on players She asked what could I do to make the varsity team and the coach said there is NOTHING you CAN DO . I questioned how she deaLt with this In my 30 years as a retired teacher you always encourage student to do the best. I don’t see it here .
