    "There are few people who have dogs so walking them and encountering others won’t be an issue. Those you do encounter are very friendly, I’ve never met a mean dog in this neighborhood. Be aware of having small dogs and leaving them unattended, sometimes you can hear owls at night and see hawks in the day. As birds of prey, your small dog or any small pet may not be safe if left alone. These birds will usually leave your pets alone if you are outside with them. "

    "its not really unique. its a quiet place to live and most people keep to themselves but srent afraid to help out someone in need. it is within walking distance to the neighborhood walmart and walgreens and some food places and shopping areas "
