"Easy walk to terrace and Veterans park with dogs. Many neighbors walk their dogos around here and dogs enjoy all the ducks at terrace park, also love dipping their paws at Covell lake"

"close neighbors and great schools. can walk to all the best attractions in sioux falls. I can get anywhere within 20 minutes by driving, lyft or bus. "

"Our neighbors are excellent and super helpful, especially with lawn care and snow removal! Our kids can walk to the park and we often walk downtown to church and other events."

"nice old neighborhood, nestled between Covell Lake, Terrace Park, the Japanese Gardens, the Cathedral District and downtown. Full of trees and old-house charms. The traffic in this area is very mellow and is very walkable or biker friendly. Several restaurants in walking distance, but it is not a party neighborhood and generally stays quiet. Very family friendly."
