We were nervous about our 4th grader switching to Mevers after having attended his previous school for K-4 through 3rd grade. We felt that he needed a change, and we knew there was no way we would send him to Sedgefield middle school, so when we found out that Mevers had started a 4K program and we could get his younger brother enrolled there, we pulled the trigger! I've seen some negative reviews, but I can tell you there has been a positive change in attitude & behavior for our 4th grader, and our 4 yr old is excited every single morning to get up and go to school. So far, it's been a very good school year for us. Oh, and the 4th grader's biggest "grumble" was the school uniform. It has been an absolute non-issue since day 1. They both look so smart in their uniforms! All of the students do. Uniforms also makes it way easier as parent.
