Great school! Caring and patient staff focused on academic success as well as allowing children to have fun! Teachers interact great with us as parents and bring out the best in each individual child. Always felt welcomed to enter the school and the classroom. Children excelled academically and socially there. Only concern is the school needs to be checked for mold because lots of children stay sick with symptoms related to being exposed to this. Ours were two of them. I tried to get the board and principal to conduct a check but was told about a lot of "red tape" that I assume was too expensive since it never got completed.

We enrolled our children thinking this school would be great but was proven wrong. The good is the academic incentives for children to learn, such as All A trips and good behavior treasure boxes. The administration staff does a poor performance with record keeping. The school marks students tardy and count the day against them even if they have a medical note! Children are barely given recess time. Some of the teachers are not nice and caring towards the students. Instead of making situations better after parent/teacher conferences to discuss concerns, it only makes you and your child a mark for being an "issue". Our children transferred in from virtual for social interaction, and one of our child's teacher kept making references that our child may not know things because of coming from this type of learning environment. Even though she had transfer grades and assessment scores sent by the virtual school for the first half of the school year, she insisted on retesting our child on everything she had taught her class from the beginning of the year, which our child passed. These are just the small issues for only a half year there. It was a headache from day one!

My child loves it out there and I love how families are very involved!!!
