    "My neighborhood is close to all major highways & you can get anywhere in the city within 15-20 min. the traffic is light to moderate in the morning & afternoon. There is usually no heavy congestion."

    "I'm not a pet owner so I really cant say for sure. However alot of cars speed in the community because there arent any speedbumps and children dont often play outside. also there are quite a few feral cats roaming around. "
