    "A bit sketchy at night, but fine in the daytime. Just don’t walk alone at night and you’ll be fine, just like in any other city. "

    "i personally don't believe this neighborhood to be for couples who are trying to start a family or who already have young ones. it right next to olympia mills and many other college housing developments. the people who live around here range from hippy style 30s-late 50s and being that we are so close to USC we have quite a few college kids that live around here. the noise level can be pretty high during football and baseball seasons, and when people throw parties parking is a pain in the rear. with that being said if you are looking for a place to move with your dog this is a wonderful place. if your still looking for the night life you wont pay more than 10 dollars for a cab fare. its overall a pretty fantastic little slice of heaven. "
