    "This area of Germantown has large potential like other areas in this great city of Philadelphia but it will take a collaborative effort in order to see a change for the better. As I stated in the title, I lift to go to college and things started getting a little better, but at a pace snail's that is too slow. The people coming together will a difference, and I am 190% positive sure of that, because Germantown is my home and I would like to see it grow in a positive direction. "
