    "Very safe and secure. We’ve wanted to live in Packer Park for over 20 years and the neighborhood exceeded our expectations. Everyone looks out for each other, the houses are spectacular. And the neighborhood has a suburban feel while being in close proximity to center city. "

    "This is like living in the suburbs but you are literally just off broad street and the subway and public transportation is a hop skip and a jump away , the streets are clean enough to eat off of , its quiet and peaceful , and everyone is friendly. And safety isn't even an issue there are no car break ins or house break ins or muggings like in some of the other neighborhoods ie; queen village, society hill , center city etc....."
