He said that in his 20 years here he has never seen an instance of a stranger assaulting / harming another stranger. Amazing for being this close to Portland! We now understand why everyone wants to live in West Linn."

    "West Linn offers some of the highest rated schools in the state. Cascade Summit has a great upscale feel with incredible amenities including parks, private swimming pool, club house, walking trails, etc."

    "We chose to live in West Linn after looking all over Portland Metro. It is safe, peaceful, and has great schools. Close to many walking/nature parks, and great marina for boating on the river. Downtown is very unique and quaint with a variety of neat shops and restaurants. The Farmer's Market brings in fresh produce, there are arts/crafts festivals throughout the year. Several medical clinics are now here - Providence and Legacy, V.A.. Close to nearby hospitals Legacy Meridian & Willamette Falls - Major grocery stores - Safeway, Albertsons, Market of Choice. People here are friendly, and you can be involved (as much as you want to be) with community activities. We are glad we chose West Linn!"
