    "Easy walking distance to the library, downtown Tigard, a weekly farmers market, a dog park, lovely trails along Fanno Creek, a skateboard park and and public transit. This is a safe community with respectful neighbors. We thought this would just be a starter home, but still here 14 years later. We enjoy it here a lot! "

    "There’s a dog park close by. The Fanno Creek Trail is super convenient and scenic for dog walkers. I know a lot of my neighbors are dog owners. This seems to be a great area for owning a pet. "

    "There’s a beautiful creek side trail alongside our home. We’re just across from the library and close to good public transportation, but in a nice cule de sac with neighbors who look out for each other. "
