7/10Calificación de GreatSchoolsClasificación promedio de los padresI love this school! The teachers really care about the students and work to make sure each child gets the appropriate instruction for their learning style and level. I will miss this school when we move and wish I could take it with me.Parent Revisar15y ago4 Reseñas - Keizer Elementary School

8/10Calificación de GreatSchoolsClasificación promedio de los padresThe teachers at Myers are amazing! There is a very positive culture in the school including high academic achievement. The dual language program is incredibly beneficial to native and no -native Spanish speakers. The office staff is always very welcoming and the principal makes herself available to both students and families.Parent Revisar3y ago4 Reseñas - Chapman Hill Elementary School

4/10Calificación de GreatSchoolsClasificación promedio de los padresThe teachers at this school are fun and engaging with the kids. It appears they love their jobs and they love kids! Special education is lacking, no communication with parents from SPED teacher! Learning disabilities are ignored and when it is diagnosed outside the school (because the school won't do it themselves) they tell you now it needs to be "validated" by the school psychologist. Strong NO! I tried to advocated for my kid but the school only cares about the "goals" to write in the IEP and not the actual accommodations my child needs to be successful and feel safe at school. According to the school my kid is the problem because he has "behavioral problems". Well that tends to happen when your needs are not being met and the school refuses to accommodate for his disabilities. It is sad because we moved here because we were so close to the schools but we had to pull him out of school to give him what he needs since he felt ostracized for his disability!Parent Revisar1y ago11 Reseñas - Harritt Elementary School

5/10Calificación de GreatSchoolsClasificación promedio de los padresi am not fond of this school. My daughter is picked on, staff doesn't even notice someone gave her a black eye on recess. She's made fun of in class, the front desk lady seems new to the job? I don't often contact the school but if a concerned parent calls and gets brushed off... to me that's a bad sign. This school is beautiful but lacks organization and procedures that keep the kids safe and put the parents minds at ease. As a single parent who works... the last thing I want to worry about is my child's safety at school.Other Revisar9y ago3 Reseñas - Riviera Christian School

NACalificación de GreatSchoolsClasificación promedio de los padresMy son goes here. The teachers, daycare providers and principal are compassionate, engaged and communicate beautifully with parents. I get daily updates, and they are so sweet! Since school started 4 months ago, I've seen drastic improvement in his development and behavior. This is a faith based school and as you can imagine, they don't tolerate nonsense but they do so in a way that is caring, appropriate and that which applies to the age of the student. It's a collaborative effort between parents and staff. My son also has an iminent ADHD diagnosis and they are big on keeping in communication with me to problem solve what works and doesn't work during difficult times. Because of this consistency, he's flourishing! Best decision I have made, sending him here. Zero regrets.Parent Revisar2y ago9 Reseñas - Kalapuya Elementary School

6/10Calificación de GreatSchoolsClasificación promedio de los padresMy child has attended Kalapuya for three years and loves to go to school each day. A burgeoning social “floater” who is slightly behind on academics, they have found a welcoming community in the diverse student body and an excitement for learning and demonstrating their new-found knowledge. Each day begins with giving hugs to their former teachers as they head to their classroom. While I’ve yet to find anything perfect in this world, I can say the teachers, staff, crossing guard who waves and smiles each morning, and the parents who fill the volunteer sign ups and classroom wishlists have great heart for our students.Parent Revisar1y ago4 Reseñas
