"I only lived here a couple months. it's nice, but has it's busy times and is near busier roads. I can walk to a restaurant within 5 minutes, as well as a coffee shop. the grocery store is about a 10 minute walk. across the road they're building more food shops so food will literally be across the street. you can walk to downtown, it's about a 20-30 minute walk, but it's so nice."

"I live here. It is a very quiet neighborhood. Very family and dog friendly. Trails from the neighborhood connect with the Deschutes Haul Road trail that leads out to an endless trail system. No traffic to speak of. Street parking is limited. We love this neighborhood."

"This is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Bend, Or. Gated community with loads of amenities - pool, spa, suana, clubhouse, tennis courts, RV parking ~ most homes set into their natural environment with plenty of trails throughout! Close proximity to Deschutes River Trail - Old Mill, downtown, bakeries & grocery stores as well as Mt. Bachelor for skiing, snow shoeing-snow mobile adventures-mountain lakes for kayaking- camp by the lakes - canoe - visit the pristine rivers - fly fishing anyone?? What a perfect location!"

Our daughter attended Middle School (6-8) at SPS and our son was for 4th-8th grades. Putting our kids there was the best decision we ever made. While we can't speak highly enough of the education they received as part of the IB program, we were even more impressed with the relationships they built with their teachers, the interdisciplinary experiences (NHD, MUN, World Leadership School trips and so many more) they had and the critical and analytical skills they developed. While middle school can often be a traumatic experience for kids, both of our kids reflect glowingly on their time in the Middle Years Program at Seven Peaks and were beyond prepared for high school both as compassionate individuals in a bigger school with more diversity, and academically in the higher level classes at Bend Senior High School.
