    "I live in 9th st and is a pocket, some People take care of their houses some other people don’t, some houses are rentals and the people inside of them don’t necessarily take care of them as well but the few people that I was her house for the most part take care of their property. It is a generally OK area to live, houses are relatively low price ."

    "I have lived here for 25 years and the neighborhood has had its uos and downs. In recent years it has transitioned from retirees to a few rental properties which have affected the property value some. Overall is a giod area , economical, mostly working class families."

    " Lower home cost means some rental houses in area. it is getting better in terms of people keeping their yards clean."

    "The area is extremely close to McClure park which is quite beautiful and this allows lots of areas to walk. The area is getting some new blood and as a result has a lot of homes being remodeled both in and out. It has shopping very close by and great access to freeways."

    "This is a great area to purchase a new home. The neighborhood is well taken care of with a lot of community support. It's close to Tulsa University for college students with easy access to the hightways. There are a lot of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. "
