I have 3 children in Blessed Sacrament. My oldest started Kindergarten during COVID and we chose private school.ao he could physically attend as we knew he would not thrive in vertical learning. During COVID-19 the school do everything they could to have the children experience as much normalcy as possible and we truly appreciated it. My oldest was diagnosed with ADHD/ADD in 2nd grade the teacher were very understanding and supportive during the diagnosis process. They also recognized and communicated some of the academic struggles they saw recommended reading help without us having to fight for it. 2023 was a little rougher of a year as we attempted to enroll our 2nd child in Blessed Sacrament who is on the autism spectrum and we honestly did not believe he was given a fair chance to prove his skill set during kindergarten screening we voice our concerns and disappointment and we're met with little response of feedback from the school we were extremely disappointed. We decided to give them the benefit of a doub and bright him back for screenings again after home schooling him for a year and we are so grateful we did Blessed Sacrament has welcomed our 2nd child with open arms and have shown is a school that embarrasses differences and accepts them. They have gone above and beyond communicating about our 2nd son's needs and any behaviors that have happened at school we have had some hiccups and disagreement with some situations and how they were handled but know that are doing their best. We have not experienced any bullying or outing of any of our children which was my greatest fear especially for my son in the spectrum. I would definitely recommend Blessed Sacrament to other families.
