    "Belmont is a great area. l love the feeling of safety when there's always children outside, people running/walking, and everyone is in a good mood. Belmont is a different setting from West Dayton (where l was living). l highly recommend Belmont to anyone interested in a nice, quiet area to live. "

    "It's a mixture of different types of people. It is a fairly quiet neighborhood, but the alleys behind the houses are always dirty. We've tried to clean up, there's constantly new trash piling up by our garage and our trash can disappeared multiple times. "
