    "I have lived in Grafton Hill for 9 years and have no problem recommending it. I love how close I am to the water where I often see kayakers and people fishing. I also love how walkable the area is as I no longer own a car (by choice) and I walk 5-6 days weekly, 4-6 miles per day for exercise. Only one mile from Downtown Dayton and I have always felt safe."

    "This neighborhood have big beautiful well kept homes and apartments on one block and condemned or terribly maintenance apartments literally around the corner. So pay attention to the property and your next door neighbors because that will determine if you would be comfortable in this neighborhood. "
