    "I've lived in the neighborhood and area for 20 years On three different streets. The area is safe, quiet and for the most part well kept.. Close to shopping, restaurants and central to Dayton Mall area, Kettering Hospital and Miamisburg. Close to freeway. "

    "Plenty of space for dog walking, most houses have enclosed backyards and a large amount of yard space. Consistent side walks and a park within walking distance that has a path."

    "I've lived here for 6 years the neighbors are nice. It was a beautiful neighborhood with mature trees but half are gone after memorial day tornadoes. Wegerzyn gardens is beautiful and close by. Boonshoft is nice and close by too."

    "I’ve lived here for 2 years and it’s a good starter area . I’m able to walk my dog around and feel decently safe any time of day . My complaint is some of the neighbors are unfriendly and most Are not social . Some of the neighbors have excessive outdoor cats . "

    "I have lived here over 14 almost 15 years and it has changed a lot. People have sold homes. We got places around here that cut threw our yards. Rude people, stuff missing. Hopefully I will be moving in the next year or year after "

    "It is a okay area, no sidewalks but does have a walking area. Parks near here. Traffic is not really a problem. Loud music is. People trying to race their cars down our road. Would not really recommend living here. We are moving next summer. "

    "My area is okay but on busy street. No sidewalks and it is far to the store or other areas I would love to go to. You have to have a car to get anywhere. "

    "This is a great area! I am so pleased with the neighborhood. I can take my dog for a walk at anytime of the day and I feel confident that we are in a safe area. All of the neighbors look out for each other. "
