    "dog friendly place, alot of fenced in yards, so dogs are not roaming the streets a lot, there are a lot of so called aggressive breeds here, but I have never had problems after living here 6 years"

    "My family lives on Garfield Avenue and with many visits I have experienced gun shots and people running down streets. One evening we couldnt drop our children to my mothers because the police had the entire block guarded because of a shooting. People disrespectfully walk through unfenced and even fenced property scaring the homeowners and renters. "
