Pine Grove Heights

We have always had a good relationship with the front desk receptionist at my daughters old school, she even walked my kid to class some days and was wonderful, we just started at Athens and we already were treated poorly by the front desk, when telling our concerns they noted it’s her personality and she just comes off like that. As someone who is a manger at a big facility , dealing with clients constantly, that is not very professional and when you speak to people they should always feel welcome especially in a school, telling someone how to parent and smirking at them and using rid body language is just not okay ! Very disappointing.
