    "The crime is bad. The cops don’t come through unless there’s gun shots. Helicopter always flying over the building and in the Park. The parents have no respect and neither do the kids. Your kids will grow up seeing and doing bad things living in this neighborhood. This neighborhood can mess up your whole life and I would know cause I live on this block for 18 years"
