    "Lived in this neighborhood for over 40 years. Neighbors watch over each other and take the time to say hello.Its a very quiet low turnover area. Mature trees grace this area beautiful well kept homes Not sure what other comment is talking about must be other side of irondequit"

    "I'm like 3 minute drive to downtown and like a 15 minute walk rent is cheap there's a pharmacy supermarket and local stores like mom n pops and family dollars but not quiet until after like 11pm"
