    "There are a lot of other fellow dog owners in this area. Very quiet my only complaint would be that there is not a sidewalk and the roads aren’t that wide. So it could be dangerous "

    "Nyack is peaceful and and a nice place to live. People are friendly and there is lots of places for kids to place. People can exercise on the bike trail. "

    "You can watch 4th of July fireworks from the park, we have a Halloween parade and we have street fairs several times a year. Lots of people come to town on the weekends to shop, eat and walk around Main Street. I’ve also seen tours that show you the outside of historic homes."

    "Quiet area right on the river with great view of the Hudson River and Tappan Zee bridge. Close to Nyack downtown and short drive to parks and major stores. Very safe, surrounded by affluent community. Building is very well maintained. The housing staff is responsive and professional. Always clean. Has pool on site. "
