    "There are very low quality schools here and any commute to a better school will be difficult. As well, there are few activities for kids here with exceptions for the YMCA nearby in New Hyde Park and Cunningham up francis lewis boulevard."

    "The neighborhood has greatly deteriorated in several years. Bad school district, shady people walking the streets at all hours and even random people going into backyards in the middle of the day. Desperately trying to move out!"
