    "There are nearby parks, a dance academy, School of Rock, and Scout Grounds nearby. Movie theaters in Pelham and Bronxville that show a lot of Children friendly films. Cross County is about 1 mile away. "

    "The Fleetwood section of Mount Vernon has easy access to the Metro-North and several highways. The neighborhood is safe with many shops within walking distance. There’s only one playground, which is right off the entrance to a highway that is less than ideal. "

Walkable to restaurants, train station, stores, grocery , shops, So convenient .You will get the feeling of suburb residential but have cityish life style. Traveling to NYC is less than 30mins! "
