    "Buffalo is experiencing a resurgence and renewal people interested in living in the down town area . My neighborhood is very close to the 33 expressway so getting to work is a breeze. It also near downtown and canal side so the most popular activities are extremely accessible . The neighborhood is up and coming and on my block people own their own homes . The neighbors are friendly and everyone keeps their lawn manicured"
