Lemmon Valley

"I live across the street from this house. The neighbors are all friendly and we all either know each other or wave. The only downside to this neighborhood is that some people park their trailers, and or boats on the street instead of in their garage or on their driveways. We are on the edge of the desert near a bird sanctuary lake, so that makes us unique. The traffic trying to get to Hwy 395 can be VERY heavy trying to commute to Reno in the mornings. A 20 minute commute can turn into a 50 minute trip. We like it here, but I am retired and my wife works from home, so we don’t have to fight traffic. Shopping is a 5x10 minute drive to 4 big grocery stores and other businesses. "
