Panorama Heights

"I used to live in this home and the neighbors all have cats that wander around constantly, and the neighbors directly to the East have 2 large dogs that NEVER EVER STOP BARKING. EVER. They are so loud and obnoxious that you cannot even use the backyard as they bark and jump and dig under the fence. You cannot hold a simple conversation on the back porch with out these animals going completely berserk. And they are outside 24/7. The traffic on the street is horrible too. Speeders and lots of cars with loud bass at all hours of the night. "
