    "Depending on construction, the commute is not bad. There’s fairly quick access to I-25. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the downtown area"

    "Sometimes cars may drive too fast in the neighborhood especially at dusk and not see kids outside playing in the streets. I don’t know anymore to add. This is a nice quiet community that you will enjoy living in. "

    "I have lived here for over five years. It depends on the person but some stay to themselves, most are friendly but you always get the one neighbor that will call the police for anything. No place is perfect but generally this is a quiet community with beautiful views of the mountain. "
