    "I have lived in this home for the last 14 years. I have love this home. It has been the perfect spot for me. My favorite hiking trail, The Pino Trail, is less than 2 miles from here. I get to walk my dogs in the Bear Canyon Arroyo every morning. It is so convienent and close, am at the mouth of the arroyo entrance in less than a block from the front door. The neighbors are amazing, especially on either side of me. The cul-de-sac is quiet and there is a dog park with grass across the street. As a single woman, I have felt safe her the entire 14 years. I am a critical care nurse and moving to a different state for my dream job at my dream hospital. I have been VERY happy here."
