    "Meth. there's alot old people retiring renting or selling their homes and meth addicts are seriously taking over everywhere in this area at the park there was a man shooting up under tree the other day and the other side of the park a prostitute regularly has her tricks meet her at the park while the kids are playing mind you. this neighborhood is going down hill fast.
