    "The traffic is very busy in this area make sure dog on leash. The people are not always friendly and they just let the dogs go freely. Several of the dog owners don’t pick up the poop behind the animals. Make sure you stay to yourself and mind your business when living in Newark. "

    "The block itself is quiet. However you are within steps of a different world. As this is not a gated community you have no other choice but to experience the discomforts. I drive but should you need to use public transportation you have great access going NSEW."

Stores, restaurants, gas stations & highways are easy to get to. "
