I am a small business owner, and I’m extremely disappointed with how KIPP handled our experience. They brought nearly 70 middle school students to my paintball park and never paid the invoice afterward.For months, I called and emailed repeatedly trying to resolve the issue professionally. I was either ignored or told to contact “accounts payable,” which never responded. No accountability, no communication, and no effort to make things right.As a local business, we work hard to provide great experiences for schools and students, and we rely on organizations honoring their commitments. It’s incredibly disappointing to see a school treat small businesses this way.
