    "I’ve lived in THREE different houses in this area because it’s such a great place to live. Kind neighbors everywhere! I feel at ease when my kids play outside because we are such a tight knit community!"

    "Neighborhood use to nice back in 2010, going downhill with rental homes not being maintained, and tenants not taking care of rental homes and property as well. It really is a shame with all the natural beauty nature provided in this community, is being taken over by environmentally reckless, self centered people/tenents."
