    "Easily one of the best neighborhoods in Lincoln, Thunderbird Estates is built around Densmore Park and is less than a mile from the vast outdoor expanse of Wilderness Park. The proximity to Southpoint Mall's restaurants and shops makes it an incredibly convenient location. Typical of any suburban neighborhood, every imaginable service or amenity is a short drive away. There is even a library and YMCA within walking distance (2-3 blocks) and two strip-malls with high-end retail and fine dining if one were to walk just a bit farther. Thunderbird Estates is easily one of the best kept secrets in Lincoln."
