    "When the weather is nice, people are out and about in the neighborhood walking their dogs, running, biking, or playing with their kids in the yard. I love being so close to downtown Charlotte and all the cool hot spots around Charlotte, and not having to live in the middle of downtown. I feel like I get the best of world’s, hustle and bustle in the city for work and then relaxation in this neighborhood I live in."
