"You’ll need a car to get around, especially from any county properties. There is a bus system but it doesn’t run to all parts of town. "

"I am 4 miles and 9 to 11 minutes from work. There are many convenient stops along the way—grocery hardware drug store and gas stations. We love our neighborhood and location. "

"Dog owners are welcome in the neighborhood. Most dog owners leash their dogs and clean up after them. Great for walking and welcomed. "

"It is 9 minutes and 4 miles from my house. I pass by several retail eating spots, a super market, 2 drug stores and 4 gas stations. Easy to and from before and after regular business hours. "

"St. John’s summer concerts. The local park has several bike trails. There are schools that are in close proximity and play ground equipment for the kids. "

"Some do not like dogs off leash even though they are trained to stay in the yard. So the dogs pretty much need to stay on leash. "

"Lived here 12 years. It’s a great neighborhood. Our daughter can play outside without us worrying about her. We also have a separate garbage service for grass clippings."

"This is the best neighborhood in Billings due to its high value homes, friendliness of people and access within talking distance to schools and parks. It is nice to walk around in the safe surrounding areas too. "

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son's gone to CH 4 years. I feel it's gone down considerably the last few years. They had a great principal but put another one in. He's very military, doesn't seem to be in touch with the children, the school is reluctant to meet any kind of IEP or special needs for children. Some of the teachers are good, but hindered by the powers that be, I feelParent Review16y ago2 Reviews - Meadowlark Elementary School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI absolutely love this school. My dad went to this school I went to this school and now my kids are going to this school. They have always been very helpful and cooperative. This school has always been welcoming. Both of my kids have some slight learning difficulties and they are willing to work with them and take the time to support encourage and help teach them.Parent Review2y ago4 Reviews - Big Sky Elementary School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe teachers are nice and caring but others are not so friendly. I had a librarian who would yell at me and my sister…when she was in kindergarten!! The expected behavior in my classes were good and easy to follow. In my classes I would only get homework if I didn’t finish it in class, but since I would talk quite a bit I got a lot of homework. This school is not very good at dealing with bullying because my sister was being bullied and her teacher didn’t even notice, or care. My parents talked to the principal about it but he was unreachable. In short I loved big sky, but there are some things that the teachers don’t do correctly.Parent Review5y ago6 Reviews - Trinity Lutheran School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI can’t believe the administrators of this place haven’t done anything about all the issues here people have been complaining about. I’m honestly surprised about all the positive feedback. I like the fact that this is a Christian school, but I don’t know whether it’s worth the attitude from the staff, the obnoxious homework, or the bullying problems that seem to be associated with it. It’s a neat concept, but I suggest you look elsewhere…Parent Review4y ago7 Reviews - Billings Christian Schools

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI was a student there for 3 years. Middle school was a nightmare. I was bullied CONSTANTLY ever. Single. Day. Me, and my parents told the administration countless times, and the punishment for boys telling people to off themselves? Lunch detention. For one day at best. It could be that my bullies families were/ are the top doners to the school… hmmm. Academics are horrible. public school has better “college readiness.” I currently go to a public school after leaving BCS, and I’ve actually felt like I’ve learned for the first time in YEARS. And that feeling is so refreshing. The music and creative arts programs are under cared about and under funded. Most of the teachers are okay, it’s just the material that they have to teach is meh. The headmaster doesn’t connect with students at all. BCS claims that they involveGod into their teachings through the school day, this is false. You only really learn about God/ the Bible in Bible class or in chapel. Best thing I can say about this school is that they have late start on Thursdays.Other Review11mo ago7 Reviews - Grace Montessori Academy

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageLove the Montessori philosophy, however, I was very disappointed with our experience at this school. I'm quite sure it was teacher specific as the principal was very pleasant to work with.Parent Review12y ago16 Reviews
