    "I like the amenities Briarwood has to offer. They have trash service, free water, and free internet(1gig). I feel like they could do a better job in the laundry faciltiy, keeping up with the machines. I believe with the demand for covered parking, this place could provide it. Overall, it this is a convenient location. This place is close to alot of places I like to eat and shop at. "
