    "Beautiful neighborhood right next to one of the most historic parks in the city (or any other city). Plenty of activities at the park (farmers market, parades, food trucks) as well as additional amenities in walking distance. I walk to get coffee in the morning, get my haircut in the afternoon and dinner in the evening. There’s plenty of money and work being poured into an already nice neighborhood at the moment, with several updated and fully remodeled homes. "

    "I've been living here close to 3 years not a bad neighborhood. There was a homicide this last 4th of July A block and 1/2 away from where I stay and my neighbor's truck was stolen the 1st year I lived here other than that it's been pretty quiet no other complaints or problems"
