    "There is an active neighborhood Facebook page that organizes community dinners and talks from local law enforcement. The neighborhood is very walkable and people are friendly. There are wonderful hiking trails around Roanoke Park, as well as the cool, vibrant, friendly string of shops, bars, and restaurants on 39th St. "

    "I love this place. the first year I lived here someone walked around scoping out my place and my neighbor told me about it. first time in my life I've known most of my neighbors. I walk around all the time and know a lot of people that work in the area. it's a wonderful neighborhood!"

    "Easily accessible public transportation. I ride my bicycle or walk everywhere. I can get to several main bus routes within a couple minutes."

    "It's a busy area during the day with many energetic professionals working at the hospital and sleepy by night as things tend to slow down. Although, there are plenty of shops and restaurants/bars close enough to walk to in one direction and a fantastic park with an exceptional playground and hiking paths in the other direction. This is a wonderful place to call home."

    "I've lived in this neighborhood since 2015 and it is my favorite place I've ever lived. I know all my neighbors! That's the first time in my life. I go on nightly walks and feel very safe. Everytime I walk by someone they say, "Hi!". The house is the best made home I've ever lived in as well. By far the best decision I've ever made. I lucked out big time!"
