"Lots of people have dogs, and lots of houses have fenced-in yards that are perfect for pets. It’s definitely very common to see people out walking their dogs, jogging with their dogs, etc. Proximity to the Trolley Trail is huge"

"I do live in the Brookside area and enjoy it very much. Very friendly community. Easy to walk to grocery store, post office, drugstore, shopping and restaurants. Love my neighborhood."
